What is Ayurmeans?

Ayurmeans is an e-commerce website that offers a wide range of high quality natural based products. It is a platform that connects farmers & small-scale manufacturers based in diverse regions of India to consumers across the country, directly via web browser.

What kind of products do you sell?

We sell natural based products ranging from tea, spices, oils, beauty products to handicrafts.

What cities and locations do you cover?

Ayurmeans currently covers Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Delhi-NCR, Kolkata, Lucknow, Kanpur, Guwahati, Patna, and Arrah.

What is the minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value. However, each location has a minimum order value to qualify for free delivery. In case you do not reach the limit, a delivery charge will be levied against that order.

Do you charge any amount or taxes over and above the rates shown?

The product rates shown do not include any additional charges. However, GST rates shall be levied as applicable on the checkout page. Also, we do have a delivery fee in case the order value per location does not reach the minimum order value for free delivery.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, you can track the status of your order under the My Orders section.

How can I make changes to my order before and after confirmation?

You can edit your products in the cart before checkout. If you have already placed your order, you can cancel and replace your order with the required list from the website and this will be soon released on web as well.

How can I make payments at Ayurmeans?

Ayurmeans accepts multiple modes of payment. You can make online payments using credit cards, debit cards, netbanking, PayTM, PayU Money and Mobikwik Wallet.

What is the refund process?

If the amount is higher than Rs. 500, the refund will be credited back to your original mode of payment, i.e. within 7-10 working days for debit/credit card payments and 24-48 hours for other wallets.

How can I review my receipt?

We will send you the receipt at the time of delivery. Also, you can look at your transaction history in the “My Orders” tab.

What is the cancellation process?

Ayurmeans provides easy and hassle-free cancellation. You can cancel your order via the website before it is dispatched to your home. This option is available under the “My Orders” tab.

Please note: Once the order is packed, a processing fee of Rs.49 will be levied, if an order is canceled by the customer.

How will my grievances be addressed?

You can go to the “Contact Us” section on our website and share your grievances via the phone number or email address mentioned. We will be more than happy to address your concerns.

How can I be sure the products ordered are of good quality?

Each day, we at Ayurmeans, gather information and continuously run several quality checks based on different factors like product cultivation methods, manufacturing, packaging and many more, to ensure that you get the best.

How safe is it to use my debit/credit card to shop on Ayurmeans?

Yes, it is. All transactions on Ayurmeans are completed via secure payment gateways (Razorpay. PayPal) which are PCI DSS Level 1 compliant solution, hence it is very secure. We do not store your card details at any given time.

Are there any delivery charges involved?

Every location has its own delivery charges, which are waived off if you order above a specified minimum amount from the website. The minimum charges and the delivery charges are mentioned on the website at the top navigation bar.

What are your delivery times?

Our deliveries begin from 8 AM and the last delivery is completed by 8 PM.

Can I make changes to the delivery address of my order?

This option is currently not available with us.

What happens if my order is not delivered within the scheduled time?

On certain occasions, due to unfortunate and unpredictable circumstances, your order might be delayed. In case of delay, our customer support team will keep you posted about the delivery time of your order.
