Eligibility for Returns
Products eligible for return include essential oils, carrier oils, aroma diffusers, and herbal soaps.
Returns are only accepted for products that are unopened and unused. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a return authorization.

Return Process
Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us at +91-8604816533 or support@ayurmeans.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: After reviewing your return request, we will provide you with a Return AWB number. Please note that returns will not be accepted without a valid AWB number received from us.
Shipping the Return: Once you have the AWB number, please wait for the courier provider's call for the pickup of the product.
Ensure the product is in its original packaging and include a copy of your sales receipt for faster service.
Refund Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund. If the product is in its original, unopened condition, we will refund the full product purchase price after deducting the shipping cost. If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, we will also refund the shipping cost.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on any products that have been opened or used.
Personalized or custom-made items are also non-returnable.
